Canada China Business Council (“CCBC”)

CCBC is a bilateral non-profit organization with six offices in both Canada and China. Founded in 1978, CCBC has been helping Canadian businesses on issues affecting Canada-China business, trade and investment, as well as providing the knowledge and connections businesses need to succeed in China and Canada.

 

 

Canada China Chamber of Commerce (“CCCC”)

CCCC was established in April 2012 as a not-for-profit business association with its head office located in Toronto, Canada. CCCC’s mandate is to assist and represent its members through member services and advocacy; to facilitate, promote and strengthen economic ties and trade between China and Canada through increased business development and exchanges among individual enterprises.

JD Capital is a Chinese private equity investment and management agency went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (600053.SH). Headquartered in Beijing, JD Capital has branches in 60 domestic regions, Europe and North America. JD Capital manages many funds in RMB, USD and other foreign currencies and has contributed a total of nearly 30 billion yuan.  JD Capital was awarded “Best PE Group in China” in 2011, 2012, and 2015, and “Top 10 Best Chinese PE Firms” for seven consecutive years.

 

 

The Hina Group (“Hina”)

Founded in 2003, Hina is one of China’s most elite and prestigious investment banking advisory and private equity firms, focusing on the Internet, media, and technology industries. To date, Hina has served over 150 companies with more than USD $39 billion in financing and M&A transactions, and its private equity department has managed and co-managed over $1.5 billion dollars in USD and RMB funds.

 

 

Baosteel Group Corporation (“Baosteel”)

Baosteel is a one of the most competitive iron and steel company with the highest level of modernization in China. Baosteel manufactures premium steel products with advanced technologies and is focused on three major product categories, namely carbon steel, stainless steel and special steel. Kailuan was established in June 30, 2001, by the Kailuan Group as the main sponsor, and co-sponsors included China Cinda Asset Management Corporation, Shanghai Baosteel International Economic &Trading Corporation, China Huarong Asset Management Corporation, China Coal Research Institute and Southwest JiaotongUniversity. Kailuan’s main business includes mining of coal and associated resources, coal washing and processing, sales and marketing of coal products, production and sales of coke and related products.

Founded in Beijing in 1952, COFCO is one of China’s state-owned food processing holding companies.
